Krista Cox Studio retains the copyright to all photos. However, you get a single usage rights license to the images you purchase. The license allows you to use the images however you wish! Portfolios, Advertisements, Websites, Social Media? All covered by your license.
-Why am I asked to use watermarked images on certain platforms?
Certain platforms like Houzz retain all rights to any image uploaded to their servers. This means they have legal permission to sell any image that is uploaded. I ask that you only use watermarked images on these sites in order to prevent this from happening. Don't worry, my watermark won't hide any of parts your beautiful design.

I understand that your work is 40% your design and 60% the client's final decision. Sometimes there are elements in a space that you aren't crazy about featuring. This is ok! There are lots of ways to work around a design element. From setting the right angle to moving pieces around, we will work together to create images that accurately represent your work.
