Saura on Fire

There are very few events that we realize, often too late, we will never be able to witness again. The Sauratown Wildfire of 2023 had covered the sky in a dark yellow gloom. The smell of the smoke surrounded us as the wind had brought the plumes into Pilot Mountain.

There are two sides to this photo. At first we see the eerie influence of irresponsibility. Yet if we stand through the fire, we know that God will deliver clear skies ahead.
